Standard Bistro was an upscale and popular restaurant in the town of Mt. Laurel at  the physical location: 1, Mt Laurel Ave, Birmingham, AL 35242. Owned by Allan Martin and Robert Martin, it used fresh local ingredients and offered a contemporary Southern Dining experience

Standard Bistro closed for business in the year 2010.
